Finally I had finished unpacking. I look around the room, glad to finally be properly settled in my new house. I had moved from my city-centre apartment to this beautiful English countryside cottage, a large cottage at that in the shape of an 'L'. The previous owner had recently passed away, and they had no descendants, leaving the house without an official owner. I eventually awaken to the sight of my darkened bedroom. The curtains are open a crack, and faint moonlight spills through the gap. Wait, moonlight? The sun’s set already?! I sit up, duvet still rapped around me to protect me from the cold of my apartment. That’s one problem with this apartment; a lack of double glazing windows and student income means in the evenings, and the central heating is turned off to save money, it can get very cold very quickly. Does that mean I’ve slept all the way through the afternoon? I glance at my alarm clock; display reading 19:05. I’ve slept for 5 hours?! Dammit! I lie back on the bed
